President, Operations & Technology
Dr. Nathapong leads UTAC’s global Operations & Technology organization and is responsible for UTAC’s manufacturing operations, technology development and operational excellence initiatives worldwide.
He joined UTAC in 2009 and previously served as Vice President of Research & Development. With over 25 years of industry experience, he holds more than 40 international patents and publications and has held senior R&D roles at Schott, STATS ChipPAC, and Infineon.
Dr. Nathapong earned a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, England.
