Dr. Nathapong brings operational and technical leadership to UTAC, ensuring excellence across our Thailand facilities. As Interim CTO, he leads Group R&D efforts—driving innovation in advanced packaging and fostering cross-functional collaboration to develop future-ready solutions.
He joined UTAC in 2009 and previously served as Vice President of Research & Development. With over 25 years of industry experience, he holds more than 40 international patents and publications and has held senior R&D roles at Schott, STATS ChipPAC, and Infineon.
Dr. Nathapong earned a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, England.
